Tastes like garlic bread, but pasta. Great with pepperoni on the side.
> Start making pasta. Whatever kind of pasta you want. Maybe use less water tho, to make it more dense
> Press some garlic. Maybe 4-5 big cloves.
> Scoop some water out. We'll use it later
> Strain the pasta
> Cook the garlic. Use the same pot. Use lots of olive oil (cover the bottom). Don't burn the garlic. It should take about a minute. When it starts smelling good it's done
> Add some pasta water. The low boiling point of water should prevent the garlic from burning.
> Cook until creamy. Maybe whisk it to mix the oil with the water. If you have too much water keep cooking
> Put the pasta back in
