Makes 12 muffins. Low sugar. No dairy.
> Preheat 350F
> Get blender
> Using 1/4 measuring cup:
* 2 cups rolled oats
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
> Using 1/2 tsp: aka teaspoon/ts/t
* 1 tsp bakings soda
* 1/2 tsp cinnamon
* pinch of salt
> Using cutting board:
* 8 medjool dates, sliced and soaked in hot water if too firm
* 4 carrots, peeled and shredded
* 2 eggs
> Bake on 350F
> Wash the blender
> Bake for 18min. Until the top springs back when you press it
